When will I receive my order?
It takes 2/3 days to fulfil an order before being shipped out. Shipping times then depend on location but are typically around 3-4 business days.

We work with an on-demand order fulfilment company with facilities worldwide!
My order should be here by now. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us by doing the following:
● 1. Check your mailbox to see if an attempt was made to deliver your package while you were away.
● 2. Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
● 3. Please wait a few extra days for any unforeseen delays in delivery.
If the shipping address was correct, an attempt to deliver your package was not made, and you have waited a few extra days, please get in touch with us quoting your order number here and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
